Biography: Mr. Ganchrow was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1996 and to the New York bar in 2001. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Ganchrow received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University (Major Political Science) and his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn law School. Mr. Ganchrow heads up the E.R.I.S.A. department of the Firm's practice, overseeing litigation in the Federal and State courts, as well as in the arbitration forum. Mr. Ganchrow also advises the firm's multi-employer benefit fund clients in their contractual and statutory obligations.
